My Name is Monica, I grew up in Darien CT & I have always had dogs and cats. In 2001 I decided to follow my passion and began pet sitting professionally.  I cover Darien CT and Rowayton CT.  Daytripping Dogs is bonded and insured, a member of Pet Sitters International & a member of the Darien Chamber of Commerce.

For regular pet care while you are at work or busy I offer two main types of services- personalized pet care visits to your home, or doggie play dates with other dogs in safe off leash areas like Rowayton Dog Park or Bayley Beach in the off season for instance.. I always let you know where we are headed, who else is coming with us and will send pictures and or a video from the playdates.

 

For in home vacation pet care I offer two types of services-  hourly pet sitting services (like babysitting but pet sitting in your home) for blocks of time in the evenings and weekends, and also daily rates that cover the schedule you need according to your pet’s regular daily routine. If booked far enough in advance, I can also sleep over with your pets.

 

I also offer home care visits such as - mail and package pick up service to bring your packages inside your house, home visits to check your boiler and also your basement for flooding, or to water plants.
